Not Just for Earth Day But Everyday

Think globally, act locally is a sentiment that Nectar’s owners Scott Morrison and Executive Chef Patrick Feury live by. They believe that buying locally grown produce directly from the farmer benefits the economy and the environment. There is a strong sense of community and pride in buying locally grown food.

In honor of Earth Day, Nectar’s Chef Feury will prepare a menu featuring the ingredients of local farmers. This local foods menu will be available April 11 – April 30.

Watch Chef Feury cook up a farm-fresh recipe on the 10! Show Wed., April 11th at 10:00am.
