Gypsy Saloon Opens for Dinner on Sundays Tuesday, June 26, 2007

The Gypsy Saloon in West Conshohocken will open on Sundays nights for dinner beginning Sunday, July 8th.

The Gypsy Saloon, co-owned by Kim Strengari, Marianne Gere and Ralph Pallarino, is West Conshohocken’s liveliest bar & restaurant. Featuring an eclectic menu with an Italian flare, it’s the cozy & fun sister restaurant to Stella Blu. Each night, Chef Ralph Pallarino creates a wonderful culinary experience with the freshest ingredients. In addition to overseeing the kitchen at both Gypsy Saloon and Stella Blu, Ralph has been featured on the Food Network’s Date Plate, NBC’s The Restaurant, Comcast ON DEMAND: Activity TV and on the Fine Living Network’s Dinner Date. To introduce Chef Ralph Pallarino’s new Spring/Summer Menu, Stella Blu will offer BYOB every night beginning Monday June 11 thru Labor Day weekend. Full bar will also be available. Along with the new seasonal menu,  homemade pastas and created-your-own antipastos will be featured.
