New Autumn Menu at 333 Belrose

Executive Chef-Owner Carlo deMarco has just put the finishing touches on his new autumn menu. The new menu features seasonal dishes like Butternut Squash and Apple Cider Bisque, Applewood Bacon Wrapped Rainbow Trout with Savory Sage Stuffing, Wilted Baby Spinach, Bourbon – Pecan Butter Sauce and Wood Grilled Center Cut Filet Mignon with Texas Gulf Shrimp with Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes, Asparagus, Tomato – Basil Pan Sauce.

In addition, Chef deMarco’s classic Java Pork Tenderloin and Crispy Salt & Pepper Calamari remain house favorites.
