Ansill’s Earth Day Offerings…


Plus new late-night menu
& Pif’s season finale.
On Tuesday, April 22nd through Friday, April 25th Chef David Ansill will show his green by celebrating Earth Day with a four-course menu that focuses on organic, local and sustainable food products.

The cost is $55 per person and does not include tax & gratuity. Ansill’s a la carte menu will also be available.

First Course:
Grilled Local Asparagus, Poached Free-Range Egg, Preserved Lemon Vinaigrette

Organic Exotic Mushroom Soup, Sherry, Hazelnut

Second Course:
Grass-Fed Lamb Two Ways, Couscous, Roasted Local Root Vegetables

Free Range Quail, Braised Dandelion Greens, Raspberry and Red Wine

Third Course:
Selection of Cheese -
Tarentaise, Green Meadow Farm Cheddar, Red Hawk

Fourth Course:
Local Rhubarb and Organic Strawberry Tart

It’s midnight on Monday and you’re feeling hungry. Too bad everthing is closed.

Ansill will offer a prixe-fix menu Mondays through Thursdays for parties of 6 - 20 people in their back room.

Pricing will range from $35 per to $75 per person depending on menu choices.

DavidCatherinePif’s Season Finale!

Sundays at Ansill, Chef David Ansill recreates classic dishes from his former restaurant, Pif. The last Pif dinner of the season will be Sunday May, 25th.

This prix-fixe three-course menu features Pif classics such as Duck Confit, Hanger Steak with Garlic Butter and Escargots Au Pif.

Pif’s classic menu is offered at $40 per person.
