Menu items include Cedar Wrapped Salmon, Pretzel Encrusted Pork Chop with Apple Sauce, and Filet Mignon with Portobello Mushroom, Braised Fennel & Red Wine Reduction.

Savona’s Executive Chef Andrew Masciangelo’s will offer his French and Italian Riviera inspired a la carte menu this New Years Eve.

Menu highlights include Lobster Fettuccine with Wild Mushrooms, Edamame & Exotic Mushroom Nage, as well as their signature Dover Sole with Pine Nuts, Asparagus, Artichokes, Scallions, Sweet Peas and Lemon Butter.

Every Friday at 5:30PM Savona’s Sommelier, Melissa Monosoff will explore wines from around the world featuring different grapes, regions and themes.

This December, discover the regions and grapes of Italy. From Italy’s Northwest Arneis, to Central Italy’s Sangiovese, to Nero d’Avola from the Southern region…Savona’s wine classes will provide a full experience from each area it explores.
