Chef David Ansill of Bar Ferdinand in Northern Liberties, continues his weekly tastings each Thursday with upcoming menus featuring Jamon (ham), Mariscos (shell fish) and Asado (roasted).
Every Thursday Ansill will explore Spanish inspired dishes using seasonal ingredients, with his new multi-course Chef’s Tasting Menu. The cost is $40 per person (plus tax and gratuity) and is offered from 5 – 11pm. A wine pairing can be added for an additional $20 per person.
