Local Chef to make second TV appearance

WEST CONSHOHOCKEN – What would we do without our TV chefs?
They teach us how to shout “bam!” with gusto and how to chiffonade and purée with the best of them.

Now it looks like we may have the next Emeril Lagasse evolving right under our culinary noses. Having sliced, diced and whisked his way into an appetizing career as a renowned maestro at the stove, Ralph Pallarino, chef and co-owner of Stella Blu and Gypsy Saloon, has been seriously gearing up to serve us his main course as a telegenic cook.
Pallarino’s second TV stint, an episode of “Dinner Date” on the Fine Living Network, airs Friday at 9:30 p.m.  Link to article
