On Monday, June 11th at 6:30pm Executive Chef, David Kiser will serve up a grilling demonstration and 5-course dinner on Avalon’s beautiful outdoor patio. Complimentary champagne and wine will be served with each course. The cost is $85 per person. Call 610.436.4100 for reservations. Space is limited. See below for more info

First Course
Grilled vegetable ratatouille

Second Course
Grilled pear & gorgonzola salad

 

Third Course
Grilled citron & tamari salmon

 

Fourth Course
Grilled spicy pork tenderloin
with a picante smoked paprika rub

 

Dessert
Grilled pineapples with pink peppercorns &
vanilla-ginger ice cream

Chef Kiser has instructed cooking classes at some of the regions finest demonstration kitchens, such as Inn Keepers Kitchen at Dilworthtown Inn, Culinary Institute of America in New York, Carlow Cookery and Kitchen Kapers.
