New Summer Menus at Stella Blu & Gypsy Saloon

Chef Ralph Pallarino of Stella Blu & Gypsy Saloon in West Conshohocken has created two new seasonal menus that feature the flavors of summer!

At Stella Blu you can create your own antipasto and choose from Chef Ralph’s new HOMEMADE pasta dishes:

Potato gnocchi with an Amatricana sauce – pancetta, sweet onion and marinara

Pappardelle with asparagus, shrimp, almond pesto and chopped tomato

Linguini with lobster and a spicy marinara, topped with scallions

Mascarpone & fresh porcini mushroom ravioli with pancetta, fava beans and brown butter sauce

Additional new entrees include:
Butterflied Pork Chop topped with mushrooms, onions and melted Buffalo mozzarella cheese over an arugula and tomato salad

Scallops with tomato & watermelon gazpacho, grilled ramps and whipped minted mascarpone cheese

Sushi Grade Tuna with edamame risotto and sweet chili, garlic mustard and a ginger vinaigrette

At Gypsy Saloon some of the new entree choices are:

Soy-Citrus Marinated Hanger Steak grilled and served over wok-seared green beans and baby corn with a sweet chili garlic sauce and topped with toasted hazelnuts

Whole Wheat Linguini with grilled chicken, lite marinara sauce, wild mushrooms and shaved, aged goat cheese

Panko Crusted Crab Cakes served with creamed, grilled Jersey corn and chipotle chili aioli
