This Monday, June 2nd WMMR’s Pierre Robert will be wining & dining at the White Dog Cafe with his eponymous wine, Pierreno Grigio created by Chaddsford Winery.
Join Pierre for a glass of wine, a drink at the bar, or stay for dinner. Meet & Greet begins at 7:00pm. Reservations for dinner start at 7:30pm.

In honor of Pierre’s appearance, Chef Andrew Brown is serving up a 3-course vegetarian menu for $45 per person. Price includes TWO complimentary glass of Pierreno Grigio.

Appetizers (choice of):
Lancaster County and Branch Creek Farm’s
Heirloom Tomato Panzanella Salad
with red wine vinaigrette, toasted metro bread, genovese basil and shaved pecorino cheese

Summer Salad of Local Vegetables
with Branch Creek Farm’s greens baby summer squash, mushrooms, shaved baby beets, wax beans and pine nuts
in a local peach vinaigrette

Mixed Salad of Farm Lettuces
with Lemon-Olive Dressing

Entrées (choice of):
Kung “Pierre” Tofu
with toasted peanuts, bok choy, peppers, snow peas,
and tofu stir-fried in a spicy peanut sauce

Pan Crisped Local Seitan
with roasted pepper-anise coulis, cumin-ginger carrot, curried lentil puree

Free Form Ravioli filled with Braised Wild Mushrooms
toasted chèvre and warm flageolet in vinaigrette

Desserts (choice of):
Classic Crème Brûlée
with a vanilla sable pup cookie

Milk Chocolate Mousse Pie in a Chocolate Cookie Crust
with peanut caramel and whipped cream
