Says Chef Feury, “Lobster prices have come down simply due to supply and demand.  Believe it or not, comfort food prices have risen on things like ribs and chicken wings. People are not reaching for “luxury items”, which has created less demand and propelled the price downward. Our new lobster menu is a great way to pass our savings on to our customers.”
