A STUDY OF ASPARAGUS (Monday, March 30th sample menu):

4 Courses $45 per person
First Course:
White asparagus soup, champagne,
smoked salmon egg

Second Course:
Asparagus tempura,
sweet and sour sabayon

Third Course:
Salmon, asparagus, morel mushrooms, asparagus sauce

Fourth Course:
White asparagus ice cream, chocolate, malt

A Study of Beets coming Monday, April 6th!
