BLACKFISH Chef’s Tasting: 4 Courses for $45_____

Every Tuesday, Blackfish chef/owner Chip Roman will create a 4 Course Chef’s Tasting Menu for $45 per person (plus tax and gratuity). The menu will focus on a single ingredient each week.

TONIGHT: Tuesday, July 21 sample menu – A Tasting of Tomato

First Course:
Tomato gazpacho consommé

Second Course:
marinated sardines, tomato confit, basil

Third Course:
sous-vide pork belly, oven dried tomato

Fourth Course:
yellow tomato sorbet, aged balsamic

A la carte menu is also available. Dinner is served from 5:00PM – 10:00PM.
