Tuesday Chef’s Tasting: 4 Courses for $45_______________________
Every Tuesday, Chef Chip Roman will create a 4 Course Chef’s Tasting Menu for $45 per person (plus tax and gratuity). The menu will focus on a single ingredient each week.
Upcoming chef’s tastings include yellow tail September 15, turbot, flat fish September 22, lamb September 29, venison October 6, fall game October 13, lobster October 20 & duck October 27. Menus are subject to change.

yellow tail köfte, puri, shaved cucumber, greek yogurt
hamachi kama, pomegranate BBQ sauce, romano bean salad
king fish bouillabaisse, “escabeche”, local vegetables
yellow tail riesling poached pear, crepes
