Tuesday Chef’s Tasting: 4 Courses for $45_______________________

Every Tuesday, Chef Chip Roman will create a 4 Course Chef’s Tasting Menu for $45 per person (plus tax and gratuity). The menu will focus on a single ingredient each week.

Upcoming chef’s tastings include fall game October 13, lobster October 20 & duck October 27. Menus are subject to change.

A Tasting of Fall Game – Tuesday, October 13
4 courses, $45.00 per person (menus are subject to change)

First Course:
squab mousse

Second Course:
braised rabbit leg, cavatelli, natural jus

Third Course:
guinea hen supreme, roasted chestnuts, rutabaga

Fourth Course:
pear tatin, rosemary ice cream

First Course:
“lobster pot pie”

Second Course:
lobster salad, grapefruit, crystallized ginger

Third Course:
seared lobster, hubbard squash puree, sauce civet

Fourth Course:
pumpkin cake, spiced caramel

poached duck egg, frisée

Second Course:
duck rillette, apple butter, brioche

Third Course:
smoked duck breast, mustard greens, sweet potato, duck gastrique

Fourth Course:
poached peaches, foie gras ice cream
