New Year’s Eve: 3 Courses for $55 or 4 Courses for $75_____


Celebrate New Year’s Eve with Chef Chip Roman at Blackfish BYOB. Diners with reservations between 4:30pm – 6:00pm can enjoy 3 courses for $55 or 4 courses for $75, plus a complimentary glass of Champagne.

For reservations beginning at 6:30pm, 4 courses will be offered for $75 and will also include a complimentary glass of Champagne. Tax and gratuity are not included. Call 610-397-0888 for reservations.


New Year’s Eve 2009!

First Course (choice of):
maine lobster broth, black truffle, brioche, scotch
little shemogue oysters, blis steelhead roe, pickled shallots
frisse salad, sour cherries, irish blue, pistachios
hamachi crudo, yuzu kosho, breakfast raddish

Second Course (choice of):
house smoked loch-duart salmon, crispy potatoes, deep fried egg, sour cream
chestnut ravioli, sage, castelmagnia cheese
agnolotti (meat stuffed pasta dumpling), pancetta, brown butter
local apples, roasted sweetbreads, porcini mushrooms, red onion

Third Course (choice of):
filet mignon, pommes anna, tokyo turnips, medjol dates
chicken “supreme”, chestnuts, hobb’s bacon, chanterelle mushrooms
sautéed diver scallops, celery root, black trumpet mushrooms, louage

Fourth Course (choice of):
classic vanilla crème brulee
key lime, white chocolate, genoise
warm chocolate cake, chocolate gelato, malt

Blackfish will be closed for vacation from January 3 through January 11,
and will reopen on January 12.



Tuesday Chef’s Tasting Menu: 4 Courses for $45_________


Chip Roman’s weekly Chef’s Tasting continues every Tuesday at Blackfish. Chef Roman will create a 4 course menu for $45 per person (plus tax and gratuity).

The menu focuses on one featured ingredient each week.Upcoming menus include a tasting of beef on December 8, lobster on December 15, foie gras on December 22, Elysian Fields Farm lamb on December 29 and duck on January 12. See below for menus.

Blackfish in Conshohocken serves lunch Tuesday through Friday from 11:30am – 2:00pm.

Chef Roman’s affordable lunch menu includes farm fresh salads, sandwiches, seafood and pasta. As well as, one of Craig Laban’s favorites…the Big “Burb” Burger!

Blackfish also serves Sunday Brunch from 10:00am – 2:00pm and Sunday dinner from 5:00 pm – 9:00pm.
