house smoked loch-duart salmon, crispy potatoes, deep fried egg, sour cream

agnolotti (meat stuffed pasta dumpling), toasted butter, sage

Chip Roman’s weekly Chef’s Tasting continues
every Tuesday at Blackfish. Chef Roman will create a 4 course menu for $45 per person (plus tax and gratuity).

The menu focuses on one featured ingredient each week. Upcoming menus include a tasting of salmon on January 26th, a tasting of pork on February 2nd, a tasting of lobster on February 9th, a tasting of foie gras on February 16th and a tasting of rabbit on February 23rd. See below for menus.
