Complimentary Wine Every Friday: One featured region each week

Beginning Friday, February 5th, Blackfish BYOB is offering guests complimentary wine every Friday from 5:00 – 6:30pm and after 9:00pm. The wine selection will feature a white and a red from a different region each week. This Friday’s featured region is the South of France. Upcoming weeks include the regions of Burgundy and Bordeaux. There is a limit of two glasses of wine per person.

Chip Roman’s weekly Chef’s Tasting continues
every Tuesday at Blackfish. Chef Roman will create a 4 course menu for $45 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Call 610-397-0888 for information and reservations.

The menu focuses on one featured ingredient each week. Upcoming menus include a tasting of lobster on February 9th, a tasting of foie gras on February 16th and a tasting of rabbit on February 23rd. See below for menus.

A Tasting of Lobster – Tuesday, February 9th

A Tasting of Foie Gras – Tuesday, February 16th
foie gras cream puff, port glaze
torchon wagyu skirt steak, strawberry, black pepper vinaigrette
seared foie gras, pickled leeche, endive foam

A Tasting of Rabbit – Tuesday, February 23rd
rabbit terrine, juniper jelly
