Blackfish Guest Chef Series: Chef Jonny Mac of Pub & Kitchen

Blackfish Chef/owner, Chip Roman continues his Guest Chef Series the first Monday of each month. Monday, March 1st Blackfish welcomes Chef Jonathan “Jonny Mac” Adams from Pub & Kitchen.

Jonny Mac and Chip Roman will collaborate on a seven course meal for $85 per person (plus tax and gratuity).

Seven courses, $85.00 per person

Peking duck consommé. Hen of the woods. Togarashi.

Bacalao risotto. Slow egg. Herb bread crumbs.

Blue moon acres greens. Sunchokes. Garlic vinaigrette.

Chicken breast. Brown butter pomme purée. Broccolini. Anchovy.

Torn short rib. Parsnip gnocchi. Violet mustard.

Forme d’ambert roulade. Cocoa nib praline. Beet membrillo.

Olive oil cake. Kumquat confit. Pomegranate. Earl grey meringue.

Every Tuesday, Chef Chip Roman creates a four course Chef’s Tasting Menu for $45 per person (plus tax and gratuity).

The menu focuses on a featured ingredient each week. Upcoming chef’s tastings include rabbit February 23rd, tuna March 2nd & chicken March 9th. Menus are subject to change.

Blackfish in Conshohocken serves lunch Tuesday through Friday from 11:30 am – 2:00 pm.

Chef Roman’s affordable lunch menu includes farm fresh salads, sandwiches, seafood and pasta. As well as, one of Craig Laban’s favorites…the Big “Burb” Burger!

Fridays at Blackfish: Complimentary Wine
Blackfish offers guests complimentary wine every Friday from 5:00 – 6:30 pm and after 9:00 pm.

The wine selection will feature a white and a red from a different region each week. Upcoming weeks include regions from across the United States.

There is a limit of two glasses of wine per person.
