Bistro St Tropez’  a la carte menu is full of brunch favorites like fluffy Omelettes and Challah French Toast with walnut pralines and Bananas Foster. In addition, Chef Rames puts his own twist on some brunch classics like Eggs Benedictine with smoked ham and hollandaise on a bed of puff pastry or the Bistro BLT with avocado and egg on a warm croissant.

Smoked salmon, cream cheese, red onions, capers, cucumber,
and arugula
on black bread

traditional creamy potato leek soup

Main Course
Crispy duck leg confit, roasted fingerling potatoes, leeks, spinach
and fried Sandy Ridge Farms organic brown egg

Mollets Florentine
Three poached eggs on a bed of spinach, roasted wild mushrooms,
butter-poached lobster, mornay sauce, nutmeg, parmesan
and crusty French baguette

Assiette de Fromages
French cheese plate, seasonal fruit, walnut pralines and toasted croutons
Pain Perdue
Petit plate of Bistro’s classic challah bread French toast,
bananas, crème anglaise, walnut pralines, whipped cream
and maple syrup drizzle
