Dettera Welcomes New Executive Chef and New Menu

And introduces a new menu featuring farm-to-table dishes!

Dettera Restaurant and Wine Bar is pleased to welcome Executive Chef, Jeffrey Power, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience. His New American Cuisine  is inspired by fresh, clean flavors with a focus on sustainability, locally farmed produce and the use of Dettera’s own organic garden.

Chef Power is a Culinary Institute of America graduate who has played an integral role at several well respected area restaurants such as LeBec Fin, Blackfish and the former Striped Bass.

A new lunch menu is also being rolled out. In July, Dettera will offer a pre-theater menu that’s $28 for 3 courses and a late-night bar menu that includes snacks, a selection of appetizers, pizzas and a burger.
