Restaurant Week at Bistro St Tropez

…$20 for 3 Course Lunch & $35 for 4 Course Dinner

Bistro St Tropez is celebrating Restaurant Week for two weeks beginning Sunday, September 12th through Friday, September 24th. Bistro St Tropez’ Restaurant Week dinner menu will also be served on Saturday, September 18th.

Chef Patrice Rames will offer a 3 course lunch menu for $20 per person and a 4 course dinner menu for $35 per person.

Lunch starters include Vichyssoise and Tartare de Salmon. Entrees offer a choice of Paella, Omelette de Provence, or Parmesan-crusted chicken over fusilli pasta. Lunch guests will also enjoy a Chilled Strawberry Soup for dessert.

1st Course
Vichyssoise
Chilled potato and leek soup

2nd Course (choice of)
Tartare de Saumon
Atlantic salmon with avocado, mango, tomato, kalamata olives, capers,
extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice and basil

Calamars
Sustainably-harvested calamari stuffed with lobster, sausage, smoked bacon,
fresh herbs, saffron rice, jus de legumes

Salade Boston
Boston bibb lettuce with crumbled gorgonzola cheese, granny smith apples,
walnut pralines, and walnut vinaigrette

Salade de Betteraves
Roasted golden and red beets and vine-ripened Jersey tomato salad
with goat cheese, black olives, roasted peaches, arugula, tarragon vinaigrette

Escargots
Burgundy snails, wild mushrooms, herb garlic butter sauce

Savarin
Wild striped bass and saffron mousseline with jumbo lump crab salad

Terrine
House-made country chicken liver paté, petit salad, dijon mustard, grilled croutons

Tarte d’Anchois
White anchovy tart with black olive and goat cheese tapenade,
roasted peppers, caramelized onions and local arugula

Plat Morocain

Sampler plate of chickpea hummus, couscous salad, tomato, roasted beets, cucumber, kalamata olives and lemon currant chutney with crispy pita chips

3rd Course (choice of)
Porc
Berkshire pork osso bucco with sun-dried tomato pancetta sauce
and slow-braised pork short ribs with tomato peach chutney,
chickpea cake, goat cheese and olive tapenade, local arugula

Saumon
Pistachio and goat cheese-crusted Atlantic salmon filet wrapped in phyllo
with carrot flan, sautéed zucchini, basil, roasted late-summer corn, curry sauce

Raie
Pan-seared skate with cumin carrot purée, stuffed zucchini with orange essence, parsley and caper beurre noisette

Dorade
Bouillabaisse-style wild striped bass filet with shrimp, mussels, tomato, fennel,
red bliss potatoes, pernod-scented golden broth, saffron aioli croutons

Poulet
Parmesan-crusted chicken breast with wild mushroom risotto,
truffle oil, shaved parmesan

Légumes Farcis
Local tomato stuffed with saffron rice, leeks, peas and corn, stuffed zucchini
with orange essence, carrot purée, tarragon herb sauce
