…Featuring Lancaster County’s Green Meadow Farm ~ 4 Courses for $39

Beginning this Thursday, November 11, Chef Anne Coll will offer a 4 course menu of her “Nana’s” favorite recipes. Chef Coll’s take on her grandmother’s dishes include fresh organic ingredients from Lancaster County’s Green Meadow Farm. The cost is $39 per person, plus tax and gratuity. The menu is available on Thursday nights only and will change each week through December. Meritage’s a la carte menu is also available.  Call 215-985-1922 for reservations.

Each week, Chef Coll will share one of her Nana’s recipes. This week, diners will receive Nana’s pickled beets recipe along with a small jar to enjoy at home.

Amuse Bouche
pin wheel of sweet bologna, chive creme fraiche
1st Course
pickled red beets with a petite salad, pickled quails egg,
goat cheese mousse, toast
2nd Course
traditional lancaster “pot pie”
3rd Course
braised beef short rib, sweet and sour red cabbage, horseradish cheddar souffle, and sauteed spinach
4th Course
warm apple cider and a pumpkin whoopie pie
