Bringing Asian Street Food Indoors
March 1st – March 31st

Beginning Tuesday, March 1st and throughout March, Chef Anne Coll is bringing Asian street food indoors with her new Asian Street Food Menu. Both simple and exotic, this initial menu features the flavorful dishes of Japan, China, Burma & Korea. Chef Coll’s Far East menu will change weekly.

Japan: Skewered bbq chicken hearts 4

China: Steamed berkshire char sui bao (steamed pork buns) 5

Myrnamar (Burma): Fried lentil fritters with mint chutney 3

Korea: Stir fried rice cakes, shiitake, and cabbage 4
Meritage’s a la carte menu is also available.

French Wine Dinner

 

On Thursday, March 3rd at 7:00pm Meritage Restaurant & Wine Bar will host a 4 course French Wine Dinner. The cost is $85 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

 

This intimate dinner will hosted by Ed Addis who will feature wines from small, sustainable and family owned estates in France.

 

Chef Coll’s a la carte menu will also be available. Call 215-985-1922 for reservations.

First Course

Seared scallop and hudson valley fois gras,

asian pear and golden raisin chutney, pear sauce,

toasted brioche, endive and pear salad
