Fadó Irish Pub & Restaurant is once again throwing the biggest St. Patrick’s Day party in Philadelphia. With over a week of scheduled events planned, Fadó invites you to rally your friends again this year and celebrate big.

“Craic,” the Irish expression meaning good times with friends, is a popular phrase in Ireland used amongst friends, and savage craic is how friends will describe St. Patrick’s Day 2011. St. Baldrick’s Fundraiser

Beginning at 4:00pm on Friday, March 11th, shave your head and help find a cure for childhood cancer at the annual

St. Baldrick’s Charity Event at Fadó in Philadelphia. Help shave the way to conquering childhood cancer by signing up as a shavee today. Staff, friends of the pub, and others  will be shaving their heads to raise money and awareness for children’s cancer research. Help Fadó meet their $1 million goal! For advance registration go to

St. Practice Day Outdoor Street Festival

The party continues at Fadó Saturday, March 12th with the St. Practice Day Street Festival. Locust Street will be closed between 15th and 16th for the biggest St. Practice Day party Center City has ever seen. Enjoy live Irish music, Irish food, Guinness and of course, Irish whiskey! This new and exciting addition to the Erin Express runs from 10:00am – 7:00pm.  It will be Savage Craic at Fadó Irish pub in Philadelphia!

St. Patrick’s Day in Philadelphia

What better a way to celebrate the festive holiday of St.Patrick’s Day then at Fadó.
