Two Courses for $30 throughout April!

Now that the snow has melted and temperatures are rising, Stella Blu welcomes April with a new Spring Fling Menu. From asparagus to spring peas and beets to fava beans, Stella Blu’s Spring Fling Menu features the flavors of this new season.

Choose two courses for $30 per person, plus tax and gratuity. The Spring Fling Menu is available for dinner April 1st – April 30th.  Stella Blu’s a la carte menu will also be offered. Call 610-825-7060 for reservations.

First Course
cream of asparagus soup with crab meat

roasted beet and feta gratin with fresh mint

asparagus and mushroom tart with gruyere cheese,
lemon zest and spring salad with lemon vinaigrette

radicchio and arugula salad with roasted red pepper dressing
and burrata cheese crostini
Second Course
chicken breast with herbed mustard butter, duo of spring peas and mashed potatoes

ahi tuna and new potato salad with chive vinaigrette
and fried capers over spring mix

fresh pasta with fava beans, tomato and italian sausage
salmon with fennel pernod sauce, fresh peas, mushroom and tarragon risotto

Stella Blu’s Happy Hour specials are offered Monday through Friday from 5 – 7pm (available at the bar only).
