4 Courses for $35
Beginning Tuesday, May 3rd Meritage Restaurant & Wine Bar will bring back their popular 4 course Vegan Tasting Menu. The cost is $35 per person, plus tax and gratuity. The menu is available on Tuesday nights only and features the finest ingredients and spring vegetables of the season.

roasted baby beets, orange and grapefruit supremes,
mint, rhubarb and farm greens citrus vinaigrette
vegan risotto with fava beans, swiss chard

crispy chick pea cake with black olive tapenade,
smoked tomato chutney, herb puree and sauteed spinach
