New Summer Menu From Meritage…

…Featuring local produce hand-picked 

from Lancaster & Chester County farms.

 

The weather’s heating up, and that means that Meritage Restaurant & Wine Bar is rolling out their new summer menu. Chef Anne Coll has updated her menu to echo the summer season and has added some new and exciting seasonal dishes.

New Snacks like the Crispy Poblano Pepper stuffed with Braised Pork is a plate full of flavor. For seafood fans, the Small Plate of Grilled Octopus with Crispy Chickpeas, Tapenade, Tomato Confit and Preserved Meyer Lemon is fresh from the sea. New Large Plate, BBQ Scottish Salmon with a Fricassee of White Corn, Summer Squash, Herbs and a Basil Emulsion is delivered daily and prepared with the freshest local ingredients.

Friday’s Farmhouse Feast

four courses paired with two organic wines for $45


Due to popular demand Meritage has extended their Friday’s Farmhouse Feast through August. Chef Anne Coll gives a special nod to local farmers with four courses of what’s in season, local and fresh, paired with two organic wines for $45 (plus tax and gratuity). Available on Friday nights only.

Vegan Tasting Menu on Tuesdays

Each Tuesday, Meritage offers their popular 4 course Vegan Tasting Menu.

The cost is $35 per person, plus tax and gratuity. This prix fixe vegan menu features the finest ingredients and vegetables of the season.

Korean Fried Chicken Wednesdays & Thursdays

Korean Fried Chicken, Meritage’s most requested dish is now offered every Wednesday and Thursday and served as a large plate with Collard Greens and Mac & Cheese for $18.

Meritage’s tender and juicy, twice fried Korean Fried Chicken is covered in a sweet and slightly spicy sesame glaze. So tasty, that diners will want to ditch their forks for this finger-licking-good treat.
