…The weather is changing and so is the menu! 

It’s October and that means the leaves are falling and the oven is heating up at Isabella. As the season changes so do the ingredients, and Chef Michael Cappon is introducing several new autumn inspired dishes…

Sopa de Pescado

herb and garlic infused seafood stock with mussels, shrimp and bomba rice

pink peppercorn dusted scallop medallions, sweet squash puree and charred frisée

House-made white sangria, infused with organic cranberries, fresh squeezed valencia orange juice,

garnished with sugared cranberries
