Join Chef Patrice Rames at Bistro St Tropez on Sunday, March 31st from 10:30am – 4:00pm for a three course Easter Brunch featuring the flavors of Corsica. The cost is $35 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

After Easter brunch, each guest will pick an egg from Bistro’s “Easter Basket” for a chance to win either dinner for two, a bottle of wine, a cooking class with the Chef, or other great prizes!

candied nuts, walnut vinaigrette

Tarte aux poireaux with herbs
Leeks goat cheese mint tart, endives and watercress salad, pickles wild mushrooms

Parmesan polenta with tomato sauce, rosemary and grilled wild boar sausage

Lobster scrambled egg, spinach, tomato, basil and goat cheese profiterolle,
