Bastille Day at Bistro St Tropez

Francophiles and foodies alike can commemorate the storming of the Bastille at Bistro St Tropez and experience the flavors of Chef Patrice Rames’ classic French cuisine. Chef Rames will offer a three course, prix fixe Bastille Day menu on Saturday, July 13th and Sunday, July 14th. The cost is $38 per person (plus tax and gratuity).

Asparagus vichyssoise with grilled shrimp


Burgundy snails and wild mushrooms in an herb garlic butter sauce


Boston salad with golden apple, gorgonzola, pralines and walnut vinaigrette


house-made country chicken liver paté, arugula, cornichons, olives,

roasted peppers, pickles mushrooms, Dijon mustard, grilled croutons

 Saucisse de Sanglier 

Grilled wild boar sausage, parmesan polenta, tomato sauce

Corn crepe soft shell crab, quinoa, grilled asparagus,

shaved fennel and arugula salad, black olive vinaigrette.


Cherry wood smoked halibut filet, roasted cumin scented eggplant caviar, pistou sauce


Fire-grilled hanger steak, French lentils with sausage and smoked ham,

spinach, and herb butter sauce


Pan roasted French chicken breast, Yukon gold potato, slow cooked onions,

peppers, sun dried tomato pancetta sauce.
