Chef Mims’ New Years Eve Menu features lobster three ways and an entree paired with filet mignon. Seatings are at 5:00pm for $40 per person and 7:00 & 9:30pm at $55 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Or celebrate at home with Carmine’s To Go for $40 per person.

About Carmine’s Act Two

New Orleans chef, John Mims has returned home to his former Narberth location, where the open-kitchen showcases the chef’s culinary craft for all to see. The name has slightly changed. But, the food at Carmine’s Act Two has remained the same fare that his fans have been following for over a decade.
