Four Courses for $65

 
Celebrate le Weekend de L’amour at Bistro St Tropez. Featuring the cuisine of the French Riviera, a beautiful view and a romantic setting, Chef Patrice Rames will offer a Four Course Valentine’s Dinner Menu on Friday, February 14th and Saturday, February 15th.
Beginning with Amuse-Bouche and ending with Almond Tuiles Cookies, the cost is $65 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Optional wine pairing is available for $35.
Bistro St Tropez a la carte dinner menu will not be offered on Friday, February 14th. Call 215.569.9269 to reserve your table.

Amuse-bouche
Lobster Tart
Roasted red peppers, black olive tapenade, fresh basil and micro-greens

First Course (choice of) 
Huîtres
1/2 dozen hand harvested Shanogue oysters sherry mignonette

Escargot
Burgundy snails and wild mushrooms in an herb garlic butter sauce

Foie gras
Foie gras, black truffle and cognac mousse, cranberry grappa compote,

mache salad and brioche toast points

Artisan Salad
Watercress, Belgium endive and radicchio salad, shaved fennel, grapefruit supremes,
roasted beets and apricot purses, tarragon vinaigrette

Main Course (choice of)
Carre d’agneau
Lavender crusted rack of lamb, Yukon gold potato gratin,

baby carrots and glazed turnips, green peppercorn sauce
Canard
Pan seared duck breast, french lentils, double smoked bacon,
braised leeks and spinach leaves, pomegranate demi glace

Coquille
Pan seared diver scallops, red quinoa, persimmon and fresh mint,

jumbo lump crab meat and spinach purse, lime ginger beurre blanc

Dorade
Pan seared striped bass filet, citrons and cherries tomatoes confit,

ratatouille and asparagus, sauce vierge

Vegetarien
Zucchini farci with roasted tomatoes, shallots and fresh herbs, carrot puree,

asparagus, roasted fingerling potato and wild mushrooms

Cheese Course
Fromage
Bucheron goat cheese with walnut pralines,

poached pears in pinot noir wine, toasted raisin bread

Dessert (choice of) 
Douceurs pour deux
*Warm chocolate fondant with crème anglaise and

frozen grand Marnier soufflé with raspberry sauce
 * gluten free  –  chocolate fondant can be replaced by crème brulée
