Bar Ferdinand Launches Guest Chef Series and Late Night Industry Happy Hour

When are too many chefs in the kitchen okay? When chef David Ansill teams up with some of Philadelphia’s all-star chefs to launch Bar Ferdinand‘s Chef Collaboration Dinner Series. 

 

Ansill kicks off the first in the series on Thursday, February 27th with a seven course 

collaboration, exploring the Iberian Peninsula with KOO ZEE DOO’s Dave and Carla Gilberg. The cost is $45 per person (plus tax and gratuity). 

 

Upcoming Chef Collaboration Dinners include Chef Scott Schroeder of South Philly Tap Room, Chef Brad Spence from Amis and Will’s Chef Christopher Kearse.
