New Spring Menu at Isabella

Isabella Chef Mario Rodriguez-Feo has rolled out his new spring menu, bringing back some old favorites and adding a number of new items, as well. Chef Rodriguez-Feo’s irresistible spring dishes are painted with the vibrancy of roasted heirloom beets, fava bean puree and roasted radicchio.
Colorful spring plates at Isabella include Roasted Heirloom Beets with organic greens, montrachet goat cheese and sliced granny smith applesSeared Sea Scallops with fava bean puree, charred spring onions; and Fideo del Mar with shrimp, scallops, mussels, lobster tail, garlic, tomatoes, piquillo peppers, tossed with a saffron tomato sauce over angel hair pasta.

mussels in a roasted tomato jus with a crisp potato and arugula salad
