Final Paella Cooking Class of the Summer

Bar Ferdinand‘s popular al fresco Paella Cooking Class Series will hold their final gathering of the summer on Saturday, August 23rd. Chef David Ansill brings his kitchen outdoors to host an evening of learning, tasting and cooking by demonstrating the traditional techniques of preparing Spain’s most recognized dish. Learn the secrets to perfect paella from the chopping board to the dining table!
The event includes a selection of tapas and of course, Bar Ferdinand’s signature dish, Paella Valenciana! Each guest will also receive a Starter Paella Kit that includes Calasparra rice, chorizo and paella stock.
The class begins at 7:00pm. The cost is $40 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Rain date is Saturday, August 30th.
