New Cocktails  Perfect for hot summer nights!

Mixologist extraordinaire, Pablo “Papi” Hurtado has been shaking, stirring and muddling for years at some of the area’s finest establishments. As Azie on Main‘s cocktail consultant, Papi has created some refreshing and light libations that are ideal for a hot August evening.


 Bitter, sweet, salty, sour, up, and on the rocks, Azie’s new cocktails combine fruit with refreshing flavors like mango, pineapple, pear, shiso (mint) and yuzu (citrus). Guests can chill out and cool off on Azie’s breezy patio with one of these fabulous summer cocktails.

Kumquat Daiquiri $10
Rum, fresh lime juice, sugar nectar, kumquats, 
garnish with lime and kumquat

Blackberry Cabernet Sorbet Margarita $12
Camarena tequila, triple sec, agave nectar, fresh lime juice, 
finished with a scoop of cabernet sorbet

Sage and Pineapple Martini $11
Vodka, yuzu, pineapple juice, agave nectar, sage leaves

Mango Fiesta $11
Tequila, mango purée, fresh lime juice, agave nectar, 
splash of tabasco, finished with a splash of cava

Shiso & Cilantro Fizz $10
Coconut rum, sugar nectar, fresh lime, shiso, cilantro, 
topped with cava, garnished with lime, shiso and cilantro

vodka, pear purée, ginger liqueur, sake, slice of pear garnish
