Isabella Introduces  Autumn Beer Pairing Menu

 

Looking for a wonderful way to celebrate the change of season? Isabella Chef Michael Cappon has created an Autumn Beer Pairing Menu featuring some of his favorite fall-themed dishes, paired with a 10 oz beer (an additional $2.50), that has been carefully chosen for the moment and, more important, the food. Available through October.

These flavorful beers provide a wonderful accompaniment to Chef Cappon’s tapas dishes of fine seasonal ingredients. The Autumn Beer Menu is offered for dinner October 16th – October 31st.

Young’s Double Chocolate Short Rib Ragout $13
Short ribs braised in Young’s Double Chocolate Stout, with caramelized onion and porcini gnocchi
 Mussels $9
PEI Mussels steamed in Palm Amber, benton’s bacon, roasted garlic, fresh parsley, served with tomato compote crostini

Crispy Artichokes $7

Marinated artichoke hearts, Allagash White batter, french feta, roasted pepper harissa sauce

Duck IPA $11

Cider brined duck breast served with Union Jack IPA braised escarole, smoked cherry compote

Carne $14

Brown sugar and Victory Lager marinated flank steak, crispy shallots, and house made steak sauce

Isabella offers Happy Hour Monday through Friday from 5:00 – 7:00pm. Their Happy Hour menu features tapas dishes from $5 – $7 to choose from.

Isabella offers BYOB every Monday night, with no corkage fee.

It’s a wonderful and affordable way to experience Chef Michael Cappon’s farm-fresh, Mediterranean-inspired menu.
