Isabella Chef Michael Cappon has created an inspiring 10 course Valentine’s Day tasting menu of sensual foods that are guaranteed to create the mood for romance. Featuring 10 aphrodisiac foods, these ingredients are believed to stimulate the libido by stirring up one’s hormones.

With dishes that include avocado, oysters, figs and chocolate, Isabella’s Edible Aphrodisiac Menu is available Friday, February 13th and Saturday, February 14th.

avocado hummus, with smoked chili oil and toasted flat bread
Possess high volumes of vitamin B6 
which is said to increase male hormone production.

oyster shooter with meyer lemon
This is one of the most widely known aphrodisiac foods. 
They are high in zinc, which helps in the increase of sexual drive.

asparagus and goat cheese gratin with baguette
