Sola BYOB has extended their offering of Chef Colin Mason’s Four Course Menu for $39 (plus tax and gratuity) to every Monday through Thursday! The menu will change each week to reflect what is fresh and in season.

Sola is accepting reservations for a very special and intimate Valentine’s Day celebration. The cost is $75 per person (plus tax and gratuity). This special menu will be offered on Saturday, February 14th. Sola’s a la cart menu will not be offered on Valentine’s Day.

About Sola BYOB
Sola is a small BYOB focusing on contemporary American cuisine with French and Mediterranean influences. Sola offers a seasonally inspired menu taking advantage of a small network of local farms and organic producers of cheese, honey and other items. The menu is a pleasant balance between meat and seafood. Vegetarian requests are always accommodated.
Colin Mason is no stranger to the Philadelphia area restaurant scene and comes to Sola with a wealth of fine and varied culinary experience. He honed his skills studying under Chef Terence Feury at Fork, and later with Terence’s brother, Patrick at Nectar. After a brief stint with Susanna Foo, Colin expanded his repertoire with soulful, traditional Mediterranean style cookery under the direction of Konstantinos Pitsillides at Kanella in Philadelphia. Chef Mason brings his vision to Sola’s contemporary American fare with flavors of France, the Mediterranean and beyond.
