This Easter Sunday, April 5th from 11:00am – 5:00pm, join Chef Patrice Rames at Bistro St Tropez for a special Easter Menu that your family is sure to love. Guests will enjoy three courses featuring the flavors of the South of France for $45 per person, plus tax and gratuity. After brunch, each guest will pick an egg from Bistro’s “Easter Basket” for their chance to win either dinner for two, a bottle of wine or other great prizes! Bistro St Tropez welcomes large groups and is family-friendly.

Soupe
Ginger and cardamom-scented scarlet carrot soup with sheep’s milk cheese croutonsRillette de Saumon
House smoked Canadian salmon, French toast, lemon ricotta cheese rillette,

black caviar, cucumber gazpacho

Salade de Betteraves
Roasted red and yellow beets, baby arugula, radicchio and red oak salad,

grapefruit segments, toasted pine nuts, tarragon vinaigrette

Tarte aux Poireaux
Leeks goat cheese mint tart, herbs, endives and watercress salad,

Grilled wild boar sausage, rosemary parmesan polenta, piperade,

Slow braised lamb shank with roasted, turnips, carrots and Yukon gold potato,
