Test Kitchen Tuesdays…


This June,  Marigold Kitchen invites you to be a part of the creative process as co-chef/owners Andrew Kochan and Tim Lanza, along with executive chef Keith Krajewski begin “Test Kitchen Tuesdays.” On each Tuesday evening of the summer the chefs will offer a unique 5 – 8 course experimental menu highlighting ingredients sourced only from local farmers’ markets and foragers. 


During these more intimate dinners, the staff of Marigold Kitchen will break down the inspirations and concepts behind the dishes, as well as the farmers who grow the produce. 


At $65 per person (plus tax and gratuity), reservations are highly recommended, as each Tuesday will be limited to a maximum of 25 guests in order to ensure a personalized experience. 




Marigold Kitchen is unveiling their new Early Summer Menu. Known for keeping an element of surprise when presenting their 14 + course feast, the chefs prefer not to divulge the full menu in advance. Instead, they are offering a peek at a few of the dishes. Each course is meticulously designed for the eyes and the palate in whimsical Marigold Kitchen fashion.


  Salad of Micro Greens en Croute
An assortment of micro watercress, mustard, radish and sorrel dressed with ramps, 

pineapple and hazelnut – all in a nest of puff pastry 

Lemon-Leek Gnudi
An airy pasta with ricotta cheese that meets the freshness of spring head-on

Mediterranean Lamb
Australian grass fed lamb served with a fresh salad of cucumber and wheat berries, 

lemon raita, pita shards and a pine nut hummus

Dark Chocolate Ganache Cake
An utterly decadent dessert of flourless cake paired with passion fruit, 

coconut and framboise and decorated with an assortment of wild and edible flowers

Join Marigold Kitchen in their traditional Victorian home, that was named #10 Best Restaurant by Philadelphia Magazine and was awarded 3 Bells by Philadelphia Inquirer Restaurant Critic, Craig LaBan. Sit for as long as you like – the table is yours for the evening.

Marigold Kitchen serves dinner Tuesday through Saturday beginning at 6:00pm. The last seating of the night is at 8:30pm. The cost is $90 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Guests are asked about any food allergies or dislikes prior to their visit.
