Marigold Kitchen Unveils Late Summer Menu!



Marigold Kitchen has just unveiled their new Late Summer Menu. Chef/co-owners Andrew Kochan and Tim Lanza, known for keeping an element of surprise when presenting their 13 – 15 course feast, are offering a peak at a few of their newest dishes. Marigold Kitchen’s chefs design creative dishes using ingredients and innovative techniques, including liquid Nitrogen, which brings theatrics to every plate.

Five Dishes from Marigold Kitchen’s New Summer Menu

13 – 15 Courses for $90 per person

Backyard BBQ – a translation of the traditional American barbecue 

A Summer Salad in the form of frozen dots;

Potato Salad in the form of sautéed potato gnocchi;
A Burger in the form of beef tartare with house-made mustard,

pickled ramps, and seived egg yolks;
Croquette of Mole Short Rib atop a humita of sweet summer corn, and smoky bbq

Bahn Mi – An homage to the iconic Vietnamese Sandwich
This is a salad of charred cucumber, carrot, pickled daikon and cashews,

dressed in jalapeño vinaigrette and sriracha honey.

Red Snapper Calçotada – A traditional Spanish BBQ 
Focused on charred baby leeks with a hazelnut romesco and orange-pickled celery.

Cassava Puffs – a classical Brazilian snack 
Accompanied by crème fraîche, arbequina olive oil and cracked black pepper.

Chocolates – An ever-changing assortment of confections 
Includes coconut cream, papaya-chili, orange-saffron and key lime pie.

Marigold Kitchen is an upscale BYOB offering an avant-garde New American tasting menu in a traditional Victorian home. Chef/owners Andrew Kochan and Tim Lanza offer a unique dining experience – one meant to transcend the standard dinner. Some courses are designed to transport the diner somewhere foreign and exotic. Join Marigold Kitchen in their traditional Victorian home, that was named #10 Best Restaurant by Philadelphia Magazine and was awarded 3 Bells by Philadelphia Inquirer Restaurant Critic, Craig LaBan. Sit for as long as you like – the table is yours for the evening.

Marigold Kitchen serves dinner Tuesday through Saturday beginning at 6:00pm. The last seating of the night is at 8:30pm. The cost is $90 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Guests are asked about any food allergies or dislikes prior to their visit.
