Conshohocken’s favorite Mediterranean eatery, Isabella, is pleased to announce Denise Gesek as Executive Chef. Owner Tom Richter explains, “I wanted to bring a fresh change and retooling to Isabella.
Denise is taking Isabella to where I have wanted the restaurant to go for years, more creative small plates with a broader Mediterranean reach.”

The new menu features a variety of Spanish dishes and tapas with seasonal ingredients sourced from local Pennsylvania farms.

Its always been all about food for Denise Gesek. As a graduate of Johnson and Wales, Denise has excelled in every niche of the culinary world. From leading a fine dining restaurant as executive chef at the Brandywine River Museum; to working with prestigious chefs, Jasper White and Lydia Shine; to even owning and operating her own catering business, Denise is excited to bring her extensive culinary background to Isabella in Conshohocken.

Chef Gesek has worked in prominent restaurants across the Boston and Philadelphia areas and is ready for her next venture at Isabella. “I am eager to bring a new culinary spin to Isabella by revitalizing classic Spanish dishes with a modern flare,” says Denise.
