Menu Highlights…
Four Courses from Marigold Kitchen’s New Autumn Menu
13 – 15 courses for $90 per person, plus tax and gratuity
Autumn Leaves
A balancing act of spicy and bitter greens,
to include grilled radicchio and frisée tossed in a caramel-apple vinaigrette, served with spheres of orange-macerated apple, toasted cashews and a port-plum gel.

Toasted pinoli, piment d’Espilette, brandied raisin gel and parsley oil
lay amongst oven roasted florets of white cauliflower
– all atop a swirl of brown butter and cauliflower purée.

Pumpkin Faux Foie
This pumpkin, served in the style foie gras,
is first slow cooked in brandy and rosemary
before being seared and placed atop a coin of toasted brioche a
midst a pool of roasted garlic crème and sage oil.
Pumpkin Spiced Late
While the PSL has become something of an Autumn classic,
the variant you receive at Marigold Kitchen is far from the traditional.
The Marigold PSL is a parfait of pumpkin panna cotta,
Elixr espresso gel, cinnamon espuma and smoked dark chocolate.
