Saturday, September 23rd 2:00 – 6:00pm
Join Suburban Restaurant & Beer Garden on Saturday, September 23rd from 2:00 – 6:00pm for their first annual Oktoberfest! Suburban will be offering over 40 draft beers from 12 local craft breweries.
VIP tickets gets you in the gates an hour early at 2:00pm, complimentary hors d’oeuvres, a large format bottle tasting, and a swag bag put together by the participating breweries. The cost is $65 for VIP tickets (2:00pm entry) and $50 for general admission (3:00pm entry).
Must be 21 or older to enter. Live music will be provided by Tim Celfo & the Celfonics. Suburban’s full menu will also be available.
Tickets can be purchased in person at Suburban Beer Garden and online at brownpapertickets.com (search Suburban Ocktoberfest).

~ABOUT CHEF/OWNER
ERIC YOST~
Eric grew up in Chester County, Pennsylvania before attending Johnson and Wales in Rhode Island. Early on in his career, Yost developed a respect for using fresh locally sourced ingredients while honing his skills on Cape Cod. He then returned to Philadelphia as Sous Chef at the Gables in Chadds Ford.

In 2004, Yost moved to Florida to take a position with Tommy Bahama. In this role, he opened Florida restaurants in Naples and Sandestin, as well as in Las Vegas, Nevada. In 2008 he was hired as Executive Chef and Partner at the iconic Philadelphia restaurant White Dog Café, known for it’s use of locally grown organic produce and pasture fed livestock.

In 2011, looking for a challenge, Yost took a position as Personal Chef to a world renowned movie director in the Philadelphia area. In this position, he found a new passion in creating unique and creative dining experiences for private parties.

Staying true to his passion for local and sustainable methods, Yost facilitated in the opening of Wyebrook Farm as Executive Chef. Working hands-on with owner, Dean Carlson, he studied the process of sustainable meat farming.

The Beer Garden at Suburban offers a wide selection of craft beers from their home state of Pennsylvania. The Beer Garden has a casual, social atmosphere and serves up small and large bites. 
The elegant setting of the Farmer’s Room offers upscale farm-fresh plates and features high-end crafted cocktails, perfect for private parties and business meetings.
