~ Stella Blu is Closing in January ~
Come back to celebrate your special memories one last time.
Whether it was a special anniversary, birthday, or a even a romantic engagement (and there were many), Stella Blu has always been the place to go for making memories over the last 16 years. Located in West Conshohocken, “Stella” is the gathering spot just off the Main Line, and on January 27th, Stella Blu will serve dinner for the last time in West Conshohocken.

Conshy Girls Restaurant Group owners, Kim Strengari, Marianne Gere and Michael Golden are inviting guests to come back for one last meal to revisit the many sentimental memories that were created there.
“Stella Blu will always have a special place in our hearts. We’ve experienced so much love and joy there over the years. We want our guests, our friends and our families who have special memories to come back one last time and share their stories with us.” – Kim Strengari
“Stella Blu has created so many friendships, relationships, marriages and even babies. Kim, Mike and I would like to thank all of our guests and employees who have made Stella their second home over the years. – Marianne Gere.

The driving force behind Conshy Girls Restaurant Group, Marianne Gere and Kim Strengari have been bringing their signature warm and homey neighborhood style to their Suburban Philadelphia eateries for over 15 years!
They currently have three restaurants in Conshohocken: Stella BluGypsy Saloon
and Southern Cross Kitchen; and Gypsy Blu in Ambler; plus a full service catering company.
The Conshy Girls will create the perfect event for all of your party needs, with both onsite and offsite offerings.

The Good News…

Although the Conshohocken location is closing, Stella Blu is not going away. The good news is that the Conshy Girls Restaurant Group will be launching Stella Blu as a virtual restaurant in 2018.
Guests will be able to order many of their favorite dishes and have them delivered right to their doorstep!
“So many of our regular customers would come in two or three times a week and order the same dish over and over,” says partner Michael Golden. “It brought them comfort and a feeling of home. We want to be able to continue to offer these dishes, and look forward to launching a virtual reincarnation of Stella Blu. We will share more on that in the coming months.”
Gere, Golden and Strengari are looking to reopen Stella Blu in new location in the future, if the right location becomes available.
