Starters on the new menu include classic Smoked Poblano and Shrimp Soup and Potato Chorizo Flauta. Whet your appetite with more than a half-dozen appealing new salads. Main courses include Sea Bass Yucatan and the Crab Stack Enchilada, which consists of two jumbo lump crab cakes layered between corn tortillas, topped with Chihuahua cheese and served with Coyote’s signature sauces of Abuelita and Tomatillo.
