Coyote Crossing’s New Spring Menu
…Plus the BEST Cinco de Mayo Celebration Around!

It’s that time of year, when diners flock to Coyote Crossing to take in warm nights, chilly cocktails and hot Mexican dishes…

Carlos Melendez is introducing a new spring menu reflecting the vibrant flavors of the season. Starters on the new menu include classic Smoked Poblano and Shrimp Soup and Potato Chorizo Flauta. Whet your appetite with more than a half-dozen appealing new salads. Main courses include Sea Bass Yucatan and the Crab Stack Enchilada, which consists of two jumbo lump crab cakes layered between corn tortillas, topped with Chihuahua cheese and served with Coyote’s signature sauces of Abuelita and Tomatillo.

Mother’s Day Mexican Style
This Sunday, May 9th celebrate “Dia de las Madres” (Mother’s Day) at Coyote Crossing. For Mexicans and Americans alike, it is the time to reflect and rejoice the greatness of motherhood.
